Classes and Workshops
Dance North’s Participatory Programme offers regular classes, one-off workshops and performance opportunities facilitated by trained dance artists across the length and breadth of Moray.
- Dance North Youth – for young people aged 7-19 who want to explore dance and performance.
- Older people (aged 55+) – dance mixed with gentle standing and seated exercise to increase mobility, strength and fitness.
- Dance for Parkinson’s – a welcoming class for anyone who is part of the Parkinson’s community
