Sing, Exercise and Tea Groups

The Sing, Exercise and Tea (SET) Groups provide regular activities and support for older people in Moray. Meeting weekly in Lossiemouth and Elgin, they provide an opportunity for older people to take part in music and gentle movement, whilst having a blether with new friends over a cuppa.

Attending a SET Group has many benefits, including reducing loneliness and isolation, whilst improving mobility and fitness. Through regular interaction and guided activities, the SET Groups enable older people in Moray to maintain their independence.

This project is co-ordinated by Dance North in collaboration with the Moray Council Community Wellbeing Development Team.

SET is coming to Speyside! – taster classes coming soon – details will be available shortly.
