“I wish somebody told me…” project delves into the physical and mental experiences of womanhood, covering topics from menstruation to motherhood and menopause.

Led by visual artists Lynda Buchan and Kiara McKenzie, our workshops aim to instigate conversations around relatable and challenging themes. The goal is to enhance feelings of empathy, understanding, and connection among participants.

During the session, participants engage in hands-on activities, making and playing, creating a safe space for chatting and reflecting on various aspects of womanhood and impact on the journey.
